That fish did eat believe it or not.  Caught it on a gold Stud-Finder.  Caught it July 1st or 2nd.  Saw it again in mid Sept and the scars appeared to be healing.  Looks like a prop hit to me.

Hey John,I don"t think you were the skunk in the boat.We tried some different areas and it paid off.We spent are prefishing time looking at the water and watching the structure visually and via the electronics and it worked.Looking forward to fishing the Ironman with you this fall.Will see you next weekend.Rob
